The format for your article reviews includes APA citation, Part I: Summary divided into research objectives/questions, literature reviews, methodology form used, data analysis technique employed, discussion, results and future research and Part II: your response to the importance of the research and questions it left you with and your suggestions for researchers and/or practitioners of service based on the topic (1-page single-spaced).
This will be completed for each of the THREE articles in the area of service management.
