Locate an IRB. You may contact the IRB department at the college, or reach out to a health care organization. You may also perform a computer search to locate an IRB. Once you have chosen and explored information about your IRB, reflect on the following:

Discuss strategies which are implemented to protect the rights of research participants.
What assurances are given to participants who consent to research?
How does the IRB handle ethical cases?
