Background
This module and class dawn on me how important business planning is. Wishing to have incorporated one business idea throughout the other course will have made sense. Starting on a new business adventure I am interested in, I found myself looking into the requirements in FL to start an online human service business. This idea came about during COVID due to a number of people needing different socials, human and therapy services. Compared to other markets, the great thing about this business idea is that it caters to many different groups and culture. Human and social service LLC would provide a well round experience so that it is a one stop shop. Marketing on places such as; social media, local and state directory, and the use of clinics will allow greater information to be publicized. Upon taking the survey, my dominate approach to life is an innovator, with the second dominate approach being experiencer. When it comes to Human service and social service LLC, the different VALS personality types fits my target audience. My LLC wants different target audiences such as; survivors, believers, thinkers, strivers, makers. I will also hire diverse people from many backgrounds to accommodate everyone.
