Identify (based on your reading of the Zara case) FOUR ways in which the floor sales people Zara employed were able to supercharge Zara’s Operational Model…i.e. Systems, Logistics and Supplier Relationships.
For each of the four ways you have identified above, write one or two sentences about exactly how a well trained and motivated floor sales person was able to make the Zara Operational Model succeed.
