The following two assessments help you to identify what your behavioral temperament is and what your preferred leadership style. Complete both assessments and then write a reflection analysis of your results. Your reflection analysis should include the following:
- A brief description of your results (for both assessments).
- Whether you agree or disagree with your results and an explanation of why.
- Based on your results would you classify yourself as a leader or a manager?
- Which leadership level described in the lecture do you think you are in?
Your paper should be sufficient in length to fully address the question(s) presented, written at the college level, adhere to APA guidelines, and include a reference list. Any sources used must be cited properly, including the online assessment, using in-text citations and a references page.
