First, write two or three paragraphs about your strengths in leadership situations, possible weaknesses that you need to be aware of, and how you intend to develop your leadership capability
There are 2 parts (first 3 Questions to be answered as paragraph and each question has to be answered under separate heading.
Second, complete a leadership development worksheet outlining your specific goals and your intended approach. Use of the SMART Goals format is strongly encouraged.
The questions (4-10) must filled on using the following template in file Task 2 Leadership Development Worksheet.docx. There is an example in this template.
