Scenario

Your boss at the bank you work with has asked you to implement a new rotating work schedule that requires employees to work different schedules each week. She would like to know how other banks in the area have handled their schedule changes in the past to determine if their change model is applicable to this situation. 

Take into account that this particular bank has employees who morale are very low as well as productivity being low.  Instead of mentoring and developing employees, the manager makes threats.  Furthermore, the manager display favoritism to certain employees.  In the past 6 months, 5 or more employees have quit as well as others being on sick leave due to stress in the workplace.  Several complaints have been reported to the Human Resources Department against the manager. 

Prepare a presentation to build a business case for your boss and your organizations leadership team.  Provide at least 2 scholarly references. The presentation will include speaker notes and do the following: 

– Analyze the current situation at the bank
– Analyze the change requested by your boss
– Analyze the impact of this change to the bottom line (profit, productivity, and expenses).
– Analyze the desired result or goal.
– Analyze who will be affected by the change.
