The assessment is designed to develop your skills in career development management; problem diagnosis and problem solving; knowledge of procedures and strategies used by HRM and line managers, and the ability to evaluate and apply these procedures and strategies appropriately. There is an emphasis on developing Employability skills to equip you for your Placement (post level 5) and graduate applications (autumn level 6: September to early November).

You will be assessed on your ability to evaluate HRM procedures and strategies used by line managers and HRM specialists. You will also be assessed on your ability to apply your knowledge and understanding of procedures to your own career development when researching organisations, making applications, preparing for interviews
