This six page paper includes 2 parts
First is a 5 pages paper (include the reference and title page). This is the final project for the class. The leadership reflection paper is designed to provide an opportunity for you to reflect on the leadership concepts covered in this class, to determine their applicability to your current or future career and to determine which leadership concepts you would like develop more expertise in.(A Democratic leader, but will make the decision when it’s necessarry)
The second part of this assignment is coming up with a 2-3 minute VoiceThread (Write a short speech for this 3 mins voice thread)giving your definition of leadership. This should be a short “elevator speech” on your model, giving the audience some background on yourself and how you came to construct this model. (Im a chinese student)
Assignment Objectives:
Students will be able to apply leadership theories and models to their personal and professional lives, identifying impact and changes made throughout the course.
Through journal writing, reflection, and application of theory, students will construct their own personal leadership model.
Develop a definition of leadership supported by theories and models presented in class.
