The National Association of Colleges and Employers identified a set of key competencies for career readiness that, no matter their major, college students should meet by the time that they graduate. Select two employability skills from that website( https://www.naceweb.org/career-readiness/competencies/career-readiness-defined/ ). Perform a SWOT analysis for each skill (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).
Make sure to choose two skills and perform an analysis for each one.
Answer each factor in 2-4 sentences and develop specific explanations.
Feel free to use bullet points (i.e., name the skill and then use a bullet point for each factor).
Here are the details for each factor, for two factors total:
Strengths: The skills are broad, and we often unknowingly work on these skills starting at a young age. What are your current strengths within this skill?
Weaknesses: What are some aspects that you plan to work on this semester?
Opportunities: What types of opportunities will this class provide- and you will take advantage of- that will help you work on the weaknesses you described?
Threats: What types of things in this course or other aspects of your life could limit your progress on this skill? What will you do to overcome these threats?
