Generally, an annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, and documents. Each citation is followed by a brief descriptive and evaluative paragraph (minimum), the annotation. Be sure to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited as well as how the source relates to and will be utilized within your research project. The purpose of the annotation is to serve as a frame of reference regarding the content, relevance, and main points of the annotated citation.

The annotated bibliography must adhere to the following:

10 citations/annotations
Each annotation should be about (75 to 150 words)
Annotations should include: 1) an introduction of the source/author(s); 2) the thesis or main point of resource; 3) the data used to support the thesis; 4) the methods used to get said data; 5) the authors’ conclusion or findings; and 6) how will this source support your project/thesis, or in other words: how you intend to integrate the resource into your research project

Regarding the format of the annotated bibliography:

All citations should be bolded and in proper APA format
Annotation should be regular font
All writings should be size 12 Times font
