In this paper, reflect on what you have learned about yourself over the course of the semester in relation to your capacity to demonstrate leadership and problem-solving approaches.

Part 2:

** I was mainly the leader of my group, which consisted of two other guys including myself. I basically laid out everything for them of the project, like which readings to do and what case to look up in relation to Bias decision-making, I uploaded everything to our professor. Also, I helped schedule FaceTime meetings to get together. Our project was based on Bias decision-making in the workforce, especially when it comes to hiring fraternity brothers in a job interview. They are most likely to be picked regardless of their qualifications, if the leader is from the same fraternity.
