It needs to choose one logistic and supplying company in which i have chosen Royal Mail. The assessment is focused at analysis of an organisation’s procurement strategy and how it is aimed at the overall organisational objective and its green agenda using procurement theory. Students need to critically analyse their selected coronation’s procurement strategy and discuss how procurement activities within the organisation support corporate strategy and promote sustainability.
