Animals are put in harm’s way. These chemicals they use on these poor animals, could easily take a turn at any given moment for the sake of these animals’ lives. 26 million animals are used for scientific commercial testing. That is a huge deal, we need our animals in the world. laboratories for biology lessons and cosmetics testing. Before the deaths, some are forced to inhale toxic fumes, others are connected to some type of devices for hours, some have holes drilled into their skulls, and some have their skin burned off or their spinal cords crushed. The government and many health charities, waste a lot of money each year tax-payers and donors on animal experiments at private labs and universities. Some experiments require the animal to die as part of the test. For example, regulatory tests for Botox, vaccines and some tests for chemical safety are essentially variations of the cruel Lethal Dose 50 test in which 50% of the animals die or are killed very close to death.
