This is my prof feedback: ” I suggest that the most important improvement would involve developing the methodology.  This is important for two reasons.  First, the relationship between HR practices, organisational culture and performance is extremely complex.  Being clear about what and how you would measure these different dimensions is crucial.  Second, your methodology should be based upon the work of other scholars looking at this set of relationships.  An additional benefit would be that this would allow you to indicate where you are following the work of another group of researchers; and where you differ from them”.
So, my research proposal needs to make some editing to be as my prof suggest through his feedback
