Unit VI Article Critique
Conduct a search using the Waldorf Online Library, and locate an article that focuses on organizational justice. Ideally, your article of choice should be at least four pages in length and be no more than 5 years old.
After reviewing the article, analyze the information, and write an article critique that examines individual components of organizational justice such as distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Identify the premise of the article, and critique the supporting points or argument of the author(s). In your critique, discuss whether the author(s) identified factors such as job engagement, employee empowerment, or the role of leaders and emotional intelligence in establishing organizational justice. In your conclusion, identify any emotional intelligence skills presented in the article and how these skills relate to leadership and coaching.
Your article critique should include the following:
an introduction,
a summary of the main points,
your analysis,
evaluation of the main points,
opinion of the validity of the research,
opportunities for additional research, and
a conclusion.
Your article critique must be at least two pages in length. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
