Case: P&G Japan Case
Essay Instructions:
Describe the key roles of global managers for one of the people in the cases or articles: This requires you to know the person’s role as we discussed in class and to lost all three roles: Strategist, Architect and Coordinator for the person (Alan/A.G. Lafley). Then you must give specific examples or inferences from the case to describe what they do. you cannot just define the term to get full credit.
Example: As a strategist, the person ran the meeting of the GLT to determine the future of….. (the answer must be specific, showing that you read the case and understood the term).
Finally, you will be asked to make strategy and management recommendations to help this person improve their job performance or to help the company improve.
