    YOUR ANALYSIS SHOULD BE IN YOUR OWN WORDS = PARAPHRASING. You will get a 0 if there is copying and pasting.  If you used an Arabic news article and then put it in Google Translator and then copied it as your analysis, you will also get a 0.
    Your article analysis should be double spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font. Points will be deducted if this format is not followed!

YOUR NEWS ANALYSIS IS TO INCLUDE:
1.    INTRODUCTION:
In the first paragraph, clearly indicate what key issue or problem the article discusses. Where does this issue/problem take place, who is involved in this problem or issue?

2.    ANALYSIS:
    In the second paragraph, explain the issue that the article discusses.  For example, what kind of issue is this geography, urban planning or political issue?  Is it a new issue or an old issue? What is the reason for this issue? Whom does it affect? Does it affect other countries or regions or certain people?
    In the third paragraph, explain whether the article proposes any solutions to this issue or whether there are actors or institutions trying to solve the issue. Who is involved in solving the problem, for example? What is the proposed solution?

3. CONCLUSION:
In the last paragraph, explain what is your opinion about this issue? What are your feelings about this issue? What needs to be done to address it/solve it? Do you agree or disagree with the proposed solution?
