Create a 4–5 page code of ethics that the leaders of an organization can use to establish the ethical vision, principles, and guidelines for their organizations and clearly establish standards of ethical behavior within their enterprises.

Select an organization that you are currently or have been associated with.
Document should contain (at a minimum) the following section headings: Company Ethical Vision, Core Values and Principles, Guidelines of Ethical Behavior, Ethical Enforcement Processes, and Consequences for Unethical Behavior.
You may add additional sections as needed.
Provide a conclusion section that explains how to maximize the effectiveness of this code of ethics and ensure both the leaders and employees of an enterprise will follow it.
Note: While you may research existing code of ethics or ethics policies documents from other organizations for inspiration and ideas, please create your own unique version for this assessment.

Formatting Guidelines

References: Support your code of ethics with at least three academic resources from the Capella University Library.
Length: The body of the code of ethics must be 4–5 full pages, not including the references list, appendices, or the title page.
Written communication: Develop accurate written communication and thoughts that convey the overall goals of the project and do not detract from the overall message. Your code of ethics should demonstrate graduate-level writing skills and should be free of errors that detract from the overall message.
Formatting: Use APA (6th edition) formatting, including: correct in-text citations, proper punctuation, double-spacing throughout, proper headings and subheadings, no skipped lines before headings and subheadings, proper paragraph and block indentation, no bolding, one-inch margins all around, and no bullets. Refer to the APA Style and Formatting module, linked in Resources, for more information.
Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12 point
