Combine the Formative Assignment into the Summative Assignment. Working individually, use your own words to describe each of the theories you choose. Each of these leadership approaches has been popular in the past century, yet how do they relate to one another? Are they virtually the same, or are there differences? In 1-2 paragraphs only explain the core concepts of each leadership approach. Then provide an integrated discussion and debate, comparing and contrasting the three theories or approaches. At the end of the paper, you must be able to clearly articulate why each is different, or why they are not different. You must provide a clear argument for which one is the most effective approach of the three, including how you would implement this approach in your work setting.
