There will be specific things that must be contrasted and the implications of the outcomes will also be analyzed. Must include annotated bibilography and outline separate. Strikes to compare are; The Pullman Strike – 1894 and the Air traffic controllers’ strike/Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization -1981
