Examine the current transparent influx of homosexuality in the Caribbean (Guyana, Jamaica, and Trinidad).
Examine the relevant legislation in these jurisdictions to see if they address the issues and if they are discriminatory in nature towards homosexuals.
Examine if these laws were created based on law or morality?
Examine the relevant cases against homosexuality in Guyana and other Caribbean nations to see how the law was applied (McEwan case, Gareth Henry and Simone Edwards v Jamaica, Jason Jones v Trinidad)
Determine if the current legislation against homosexuality needs to be amended or remain as is.

This paper is based on law and the topic of jurisprudence.

The paper must show the different jurisprudence schools of thought such as natural law etc and how they are applied in society

The relevant legislations in the countries must be used in the paper along with cases.

The assignment must have a table of contents, an introduction, the main section with
appropriate headings and subheadings, jurisprudential analysis, a conclusion, and a
comprehensive reference page.

The numbering of headings and subheadings in the table of contents must agree with
