Read the attached to this week 6 (FILES)  “Navigation Acts.PDF” file/article and respond to the following questions:

What is the aim of the article?  What systemic mechanism, principle, or rule was hidden or designed in the Navigation Acts?  What is the Neo-Whig argument, and what is the Progressive School argument on American independence?  Why would England limit colonial manufacturing? Whats the logic here?  Do you think the American leaders could have been economically motivated to rebel against the English rule? Give examples
