What I want to do is bring help to both sides because people with the disease are looked down on and have to live their lifes in hiding and l dont think no one should be forced to hide. I want to start a program that helps them feel comfortable in their own skin and help found raise certain events to help earn more money that can go into research and cures. 380,000 babies are born prematurely each year, the preterm birth rate is 9.8 percent in the United States. This means that 1 in 10 babies is born too soon. So what I want to do is raise awareness because Approximately 1 million children die each year due to complications of preterm birth, Many survivors face a lifetime of disability, including learning disabilities and visual and hearing problems (preterm birth-world health organization). My plan is to try to get founding where it can get used for research so that we can figure out ways to save more babies and the ones that do survive help them develop so that they can become stronger and healthier.
