Analyzing stakeholders is crucial to the success of a business or project. You will need to  identify and analyze stakeholders and their interest areas mapped into a matrix. In addition, stakeholders need to be analyzed as part of a power/interest grid to understand how to navigate power and politics through relationships. The paper should be 3-5 pages and MUST be APA-formatted.

YOU  can either use a previous project approved by the instructor or a case study determined by the instructor.

You will be asked to do the following for the course:

2) Stakeholder Management Plan

3) Communications Management Plan

Utilize the templates, information, and course scenario content for your work. Also, utilize the  tools provided to facilitate your work as a team.
