The paper should be based on a close reading of the extracts from his Travels.
In order to facilitate referencing, I have provided a PDF version, which is attached. All references should be to the attached and its page numbers. References should be given in the body of the paper simply as page number in parentheses, i.e. (25)
The paper should attempt to be analytical rather than merely summarizing aspects of the work.
